One Screener For Topsoil, Gravel & Rock

The Ceasars 10S is a portable, double-deck vibrating screener. Grizzly bars on top pull out rock and oversize material, and the screen deck below sorts the finished product, so one machine handles topsoil, aggregate and rock screening.

Topsoil & Dirt Screener

Screen topsoil, loam, black dirt and fill into clean, sellable material. The 10S works as a dirt screener and soil screener for landscaping yards, excavating crews and topsoil producers, and it screens compost and mulch too.

Aggregate & Gravel Screening Machine

Size gravel, road base and recycled concrete on-site. As an aggregate screening machine, the 10S lets contractors and small pits sort material where it sits instead of hauling it to a plant.

Grizzly Rock Screener

Why We Built It

A Gravel-Lot Problem, Solved In A Garage

Eric Johnson grew up around the aggregate and construction business, watching small contractors get priced out of decent screening equipment — most plants on the market ran $60,000 to $100,000, well out of reach for an operator running a single crew. So he built his own: a 10-foot double-deck screener, sized as the "sweet spot" for contractors who needed real production without a six-figure machine. That prototype became the Ceasars 10S.

Every 10S is still built the same way — structural tube steel, fully welded, no shortcuts — and still sold at a price a small-to-mid-size contractor can actually justify.
